Kristina Jahnke has twenty years experience in the international hotel and tourism industry, having worked for market leaders such as Four Seasons, Lufthansa and privately owned resort hotels.

For the past 15 years she developed great expertise in the global headhunting field, spending 6 years with one of the leading London based specialist before setting up KJ Consulting in 1999.
